A Dual Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank Developed by Transient Dynamic Analysis

At present, development of manufacturer’s ultrasonic cleaning tank (UCT) to match the requirements from consumers usually relies on computer simulation based harmonic response analysis (HRA). However, this technique can only be used with single-frequency UCT. For dual frequency, manufacturer information empirical experiment alongside trial-and-error methods develop prototypes, resulting in UCT that may not fully efficient. Thus, lack such a proper calculational method frequency was problem greatly impacted manufacturers and consumers. To resolve problem, we proposed new model using transient dynamics (TDA) which successfully applied prototype UCT, 400 W, 18 L capacity, eight horn transducers, 28 40 kHz frequencies for manufacturing. The TDA indicate acoustic pressure at all positions inside states start ready cleaning. calculation also reveals correlation between placement transducers frequencies. In comparison HRA yielded results more accurately than simulation, comparing experiments. Furthermore, multifrequency UCTs as well. article, step-by-step methodology reported. Finally, lead successful design high-performance manufacturers.
